@@jeniker3, the show is called "My 600 Pound Life". It's usually on Wednesday evenings at 6 or 7pm(MST) on TLC(the learning channel). Sometimes during the day on Thursday they show a mini marathon of past episodes...I think that one starts around 3pm MST. I have Dish Network so it's on channel 183 in my area. Worth a watch, it can be motivation or depressing depending on the episode and what state of mind you are in when you watch it -

I agree with everyone else, get another opinion with another Bariatric Surgeon. My surgeon's office no longer does the Lap Band due to it's complications, like slippage and erosion. I am not saying the Lap Band is the wrong decision, I am only suggesting that you look into the sleeve or bypass as another option. I got the Gastric Sleeve on 2/8/2016 after a lot of research. Even chose a surgeon two hours away. -
Yogurt recommendations please

I've tasted a lot of them and have been having trouble finding one I can eat. I finally found Dannon's Light & Fit Greek yogurt. They have several flavors, it's not the best but it's worth giving it a try. I didn't like the apple pie one, not good at all. Hope this helps, good luck. Oh, and they have them in the whipped mousse consistency too. -

Wow, you look amazing. I read the post where you put all your numbers up on a weekly basis for a monthly total. I am looking for some friends that have inspired me already just looking at their posts. I had my sleeve 2/8/16, so that's four weeks out. Lost a total(pre and post o) of 26 pounds this a.m. -

I am so very sorry this is happening to you. Is there a women's shelter in your area? If so, call them. They will help you. Next, find a lawyer to help you with the disability paperwork(They do not charge until you get paid). If this doesn't get his attention and he isn't willing to go through counseling, have the lawyer file the divorce paperwork as well. You are not stuck, there are ways to get help! -
