Newbie 3 weeks out , not lost weight since 1st week

Tried to up the protein and liquids on mashed food stage . Worried I'm having too much as I seem to cruise through every stage with no trouble No sickness ,stuck food . I'm not sure what is restriction and what full , what is the difference
