Hello Im new and I decided to get the lap bad asap. I will be paying 100% so I decided to go to monterrey Mexico. I will probably going to get a loan, but I'm scared because I dont know anybody that has get a loan with "X" company. Any experience? Thank you And also, I would like to know about Dr. Zapata, Dr. Eduardo Lozano, Dr. Rodriguez, and Dr. De la Garza (all from Monterrey)

Bandster, so that 1.9 % for the loan was a really really good deal? Im going to look at capital 1 too... but i dont have an account with them, and also, I wanted to know if the loan has to be under my name, or It could be under my husbands name?

Thanks for the information!!! I think I have a decent credit, but Im currently unemployed. My husband has good credit, the only thing that worries me is that we may have TOO many open accounts. Me credit should be more than the 620 points.. (hopefully). Is it true that all the medical loans have the 50 dlls fee ? How much do you pay a month? The doctor that I like the most is charging me $7500. I still want to put some money up front too, at least $1000. But since I dont know about the interest rate or the terms of the loan i have no idea how much the monthly payment would be. I guess it would be like buying a cheap car too!!

wow:eek:... 1.9% is a really good interest rate. I didnt know what was high or low in that kind of loan... I could tell you if we were talking about a house or a car, but this is a totally new thing for me lol!!! . I live in houston tx, and I have family in monterrey, we usually go 2 times a year so that wouldn bother me at all. I definatly have to look for a personal loan. I hope they can give me a good deal too!! XD:tongue:

Thanks for your help. I am so desesperate that I didnt eve care HOW i was going to pay for it, I just wanted to have it done, but I dont want to put myself in a whole. I guess I have to wait a little longer and try to get another kind of loan, or do more research about this medical loan companies. Thanks a lot!!!

Is it true that they have a monthly fee for medical loans? Im going to get the surgery @ Monterrey MExico. They send me a list of companies but I still havent contacted them, bc i wanted to know more about it. Did you have to pay a down payment? How much is a "high" interest or a "good" interest in a medical loan? THANKS!!
-
well. actually you are right. I dont know anybody that has use a loan company to pay for their surgery. I was reading that they charge like 50 dlls a month extra because its a "medical loan" or something like that. I think it was "medicredit". I was wondering if all the medical loan companies do the same thing, or just that one. Or if I go to a bank and get a personal loan, would it be the same? Im really just starting my research, so I have to start from the basic info!! Thank you!
