Ok, I am scheduled for surgery on Feb. 1st. I am asking all you girls that have already undergone sleeve surgery. Did you guys shave it all down there, did you not do that and wake up and it was shaved? Not that I dont keep it nice and trim down there, just wondering if I should do that myself before I go? Im sorry if this is question bothers anyone, I didnt mean to. Thanking you guys in advance

@@prettyCali916 Aww, well it probably is delish with slim as well. Eggs in the broth have been a saving grace. It is Amazing how all the doctors have such different diets. For calories, I'm only getting around 300 as well. I'll be able to get more next week during my soft phase.

@@prettyCali916 Hey girl, been reading thru, I see you are doing awesome! I did get to move to protien shakes yesterday. I can say that syntrax nectar in chocolate truffle is amazing! I mixed it with 8oz of almond milk and it was so delish. Absolutely zero aftertaste and mixed so smooth. I already ordered a second container (don't want to risk running out of this one). It was good with water but amazing with almond milk! And I get to add some egg to my broth this week, that's gonna be great too. You girls have me worried about leaks now, I hadn't even thought about that until now...????

I can't have the shakes yet. So I sip these all day one bottle usually lasts thru two meals so I know I am getting all 40g during those two meals. I can't wait till I can start my shakes but till then I am getting protien with these

I'm drinking these now, I bought the variety pack from GNC but next order I'll know which ones I like. I found a couple I don't mind but a couple of them (especially the grape frost) made me gag. I don't think I've gotten to the blue yet. I didn't mind the Apple Melon, it was ok. I am drinking the Pineapple Orange Banana now and it's ok as well. These are the two I will order again so far.

@@proudgrammy OK guys!! The answer to the question is.......SHE DID NOT ????and to top it off there was no shaved bits when I woke up???????? I am officially sleeved, had no sickness or upset tummy. Nothing had come back up. Just a little tender on the abdomen and I will be flying back home tomorrow. Yay, I can finally get to the losers bench ????????????

@@arenea I used Dr alejandro lopez with ALO bariatrics. He was amazing. The whole thing has been top notch with awesome care and concern from everyone. Even those at the hotel have really been great. If your friend wants to use him I have a coupon for 100 dollars off.

OK, back at the hotel and headed home tomorrow. I have been lucky, no gas pains, I haven't been nauseous at all. Just a little bit odd tenderness in my abdomen. Drinking my clear isopure and water. Had a little broth for lunch. I definitely feel when I take to big of a swallow.. All is well here and ready to get back to the US. Everyone here has been amazing. I would recommend this to anyone. I have been reading thru and I see for the most part everyone is doing well... Awesome ????????

I am in the VIDA hospital now and I can say that this place it's beautiful and very clean. All of the doctors and nurses are super. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Hi all, sounds like everyone is headed home. I will be here for two more nights and fly home on Thursday. Just sipping Water and Isopure. Should be getting some broth soon...yum. And guess what??? I had a hernia too. They repaired it and took pictures of the hernia and stomach before and after. They emailed them to me so now I have a pic of my new stomach....lol Glad all of you are doing good, considering the trauma to the body. Time to start the next chapter of our stories ????????

OK, I can proudly go sit on the losers bench. I an in recovery, eating ice chips. I AM SLEEVED!! Woo boo ????????

I am..I am using Dr. A. Lopez in Tijuana. I am currently on my clear liquids only and I fly out on Sunday morning for my surgery on the 1st. I am just bursting with excitement ????????
