Hi everyone. I wish I could have better results and I'm being completely honest. I have been falling off the Vitamin daily wagon, haven't been as consistent with my Vitamins/Calcium and my lab results showed that I received my results back yesterday and still waiting on my urine tests but does anyone have any insight on these? I have called my doctor and the scheduling nurse said if they had any issues they would call me but to wait until my visit next Monday. Here is what I saw on my results, I know I really shouldn't be googling anything but I caved and freaked myself out a bit. I'm definitely back on my Vitamins and routine, shouldn't have fallen off in the first place. Thank you! I haven't done any tests like that before with red flags! Yeah, I am about almost 1 year and a half post op. I had surgery in January 2015.

My goals was 135 and I've been about 119-121 for the last few months. I didn't expect to go that low and wasn't sure exactly where my body would stabilize but so far this is where I am consistently. I'm a year in

Keeping your surgery a secret - is it possible?
vsghealthymom replied to Lydia PR's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Only my husband, best friend and mom know. Nobody else and I don't intend to tell anyone not even my kids know. Everyone sees I work out and do not eat carbs, I just tell them I work out and have a high protein diet. So far so good! -

I usually sneak in a protein bar and a shake if I can -
Sounds familiar, although I can admit I don't work out like I should. I've thought about my weight too wondering when my set point will hit. I'm one year out, started at 248 and last Saturday I was 121 and I am 5'5. I don't know where my calories should be to maintain.

Did you say "what did I do" !
vsghealthymom replied to Scottyd1264's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
At this point I would say I don't have any regret or had but I'm pretty sure it crossed my mind extremely early on during those tough times. Just a reminder it gets better and you made the right choice for you! -
I'll be one year out on January 3rd, I haven't had any bread and crackers. Quite honestly I'm scared as heck to give in, I feel like those were trigger foods for me but oh man would I love all of that again. I don't miss it in front of me but do think of it time to time or when it's like freshly made bread and smells extremely good!!

The One Thing No One Tells You About Losing Weight
vsghealthymom replied to WL WARRIOR's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I'm 29 and have lost quite a bit of weight. My husband doesn't believe me but I feel like I look older. Mostly people say I look great, younger but I notice it when I look closer and in photos. I was 248, now 122 -
How to determine a goal weight?
vsghealthymom replied to Sexy Granny's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I always tried to figure this out as well, once I figured out a goal I was comfortable with that wasn't too much in my head I ended up passing it by. I agree, our goals end up choosing us sometimes. I was 248, goal 135 and I am at 122 right now. I always wonder if I should keep my bigger clothes just in case my body settles at a higher or do you drop and maintain or do you hit a low then gain a few until your body finds its set point. -
I'm the same way, just hit 122 and a size 0 in pants I can't believe it. I was at 248 last August and I believe sleeve day I was 222 around that weight Jan 3. It's crazy! Lots of milestones

I feel you! I will hit my one year mark on January 3. I was at 248 last August and last weighed in at 122, size 0 and XS. Umm who is this person? Every time I try something on I'm convinced it won't fit until it does. So crazy!
