    Thank you! I haven't done any tests like that before with red flags! Yeah, I am about almost 1 year and a half post op. I had surgery in January 2015.

    Hi everyone. I wish I could have better results and I'm being completely honest. I have been falling off the Vitamin daily wagon, haven't been as consistent with my Vitamins/Calcium and my lab results showed that I received my results back yesterday and still waiting on my urine tests but does anyone have any insight on these? I have called my doctor and the scheduling nurse said if they had any issues they would call me but to wait until my visit next Monday. Here is what I saw on my results, I know I really shouldn't be googling anything but I caved and freaked myself out a bit. I'm definitely back on my Vitamins and routine, shouldn't have fallen off in the first place.   5. Only my husband, best friend and mom know. Nobody else and I don't intend to tell anyone not even my kids know. Everyone sees I work out and do not eat carbs, I just tell them I work out and have a high protein diet. So far so good!

    Sounds familiar, although I can admit I don't work out like I should. I've thought about my weight too wondering when my set point will hit. I'm one year out, started at 248 and last Saturday I was 121 and I am 5'5. I don't know where my calories should be to maintain.
