I was sleeved on the 22 nd of Dec. And I am in the 2nd week of my stall...so I am in the same boat! I am trying to switch up my exercising, trying to get my protein in but to no avail
I am also struggling with protein. My clinic gave me a sample pack of Unjury flavorless powder...it is tolerable. Sprinkle or mix with soups,drinks etc
