Hello. My name is Donita. I'm a Registered Dental Hygienist and live in Florida. I'm also a Christian who loves the Lord, people, animals and life! I think everyone should act silly more and not be so concerned what others might think. (Time and place ofcourse)
I found Bariatric pal by searching my app store on my phone.
I am having Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy on January 7th! 5 days from now! My Dr put me on a 1 week Optifast diet, which I'm having a hard time with!
I grew up with no weight issues at all. I've always been tall and thin, though I've never had a good self image. Around my 30's I began gaining and it hasn't stopped. I've dropped it and regained. I've tried just about everything out there and am finished! I'm taking my body back! I realize this is only part of the process. Real work will come with keeping it off.
I'm hoping to use Bariatric Pal as a tool to help me along the way!
