    I had my surgery Jan. 7 - and have lost 31lbs. I feel great. No real complications. I'm learning what I can and can't eat. And I have to eat slow. If your surgeon / hospital offers a support group, I highly encourage you to attend. Personally, my downfall has been lack of exercise. I need to get on it! Best of luck!
