Soooo-two weeks post op wondering how everyone made themselves get into the habit of recording every portion size, drink etc. when you are busy busy working each day?
I don't. I keep a running tally in my head as to protein grams each day and that's about it. I eat protein first...and usually don't have room for much else. In the beginning, I kept track of fluids too. Now, I drink enough as a habit and don't worry about it.
