I was week last night and had tacos with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla when Im not supposed to have any dairy or processed foods! I feel terrible guilty and its only five days until surgery. Good news?-Im down 21 lbs
My NUT allows sour cream. She wouldn't be happy with the tortilla. I broke down and had an egg on a tortilla this morning. That went down better than dinner tonight. Back on the straight and narrow tomorrow. You gotta live.
