Oh wow! I'd also like an arm lift, boob lift and implants as well. Maybe a tiny bit of filler in my upper lip because it's terribly flat now and lipstick looks odd on me. I wonder how many surgeries it'll take?

Savings and inheritance from my mom passing. I have accounts that are separate from my checking that an allotment gets deposited every two weeks. I never miss the money and they aren't connected to debit cards so I can't pull money unless I go to the actually bank. Every now and then I login to the online site and see the benefits. It actually builds up fast. -
Does dra Cardenas prices include the recovery house? What all does it actually include. I saw on her site a lower body lift for 10,500

I have done a lot of wound vac dressings in my nursing career. I love wounds actually. If it's not alarming you're good to go.
-
Lol. I did not expect to lose weight so fast. I was so big for so long my skin is just worn out!
-
What beautiful results! The more I seem to lose the more my thighs have all that wrinkling going on. Before I never wore shorts because my thighs were huge. Now I really am self conscious about wearing shorts because of all my loose skin.

Can a doc outside of the u.s. Sign disability papers for you while you're out of work? I'm considering this surgeon as well but like many of you, the Mexico part is what really scares me. I wondered about the disability part as well though. -
Thigh lift in Mexico? Other countries?

I'd love to join the fb group as well please. -
Most the time you can google your insurance criteria for procedures. That would probably give you a better idea. But most the time they consider it cosmetic.
-
But in my years of managed care I've never seen brachioplastys approved or lower body lifts. I have seen Pannis approved though. It's very rare.

Usually documented pain and infections which impede regular bodily function

Wow how did they do that?? I do review for these kinds of requests at a health plan and am floored! How did they do it?

I ended up getting a hair topper because mine is so bad.

Look on the Tricare website to see what their referral turn around time is and then ask your surgeon when they submitted. If it's beyond that time Tricare is out of compliance and must approve the referral by default.

I feel I could get so much more intake of fluids with the help of a straw. Has the use of one actually hindered anyone's weight loss? Or caused complications?
-
Very interesting, thank you for that!
-
Wow that's awesome, congrats! I had buyers remorse immediately following surgery. It was a big change for sure.

I'd love to hear what you find out. I think what brought it to mind was the lady from bariatric eating. Com who uses a straw and had said her surgeon is ok with it because it facilitates water intake. I'm doing wonderfully, since I started my journey with kaiser in June till now I have lost over 80 lbs. It was difficult to restructure my life not to be centered around food. But I feel really good! How about you, how are you doing?
-
I did not get the official approval to use a straw, but why do done surgeons allow it and others don't? Isn't it just as easy to not swallow that first sip of air? I wonder if actual clinical studies have been done on this?

Mine is coming out in gobs.....I wanna cry....

I can't handle thick shakes. I tried syntha 6 chocolate brownie and peanut butter cookie. They both make me sick now and I feel I'm going to gag while drinking them. I tried skin fast pre made drinks too, same thing to darn thick. Premier protein I seem to do ok with. I just ordered the inspire protein powder in blueberry cheesecake. I hope it's good and I can tolerate it.

I feel that after having surgery my allergy issues have more or less resolved. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

So I found this yogurt at target today and it really appealed to me because it was the only yogurt I could find with an acceptable amount of sugar which is a gram because it is sweetened with stevia. My physician said anything above four grams of sugar was not something I should consume. Has anyone else heard anything about it? What kind of yogurt do you eat?
