    So weak

    I was sleeved December 17, 2015. It's getting better but I'm with you on the weak and tired. Went to support group last week for the first time and it helped so much. Just being around others who understand. Not that my husband and family don't understand...it is different when you talk to others who have where you are. They said to take it slow. You're only eating 400-500 calories if that. You're not going to feel like doing much for a few more week. Take your time to allow your body to heal. So that's what I plan on doing. Be patient with yourself! We will get there. ????

    Sleeved 12/17. I can TOTALLY relate! Christmas Day was so hard. All the smells and the sweets. ???? I'm hoping the next phase comes fast.
  4. Hi! I was sleeved on 12/17. I've been okay. I struggled a little with Christmas and all the smells of goodies and food. My husband took me to the movies today and for the first time in years I fit comfortably in the theater seat! I'm not gonna lie, I cried a little bit. I know it doesn't sound like much to some but I was reminded of why I did my surgery in the first place! After being off for 11 days I return to reality tomorrow aka work. I'm a little nervous of how my new diet will effect me. I'm on Phase 2 so full liquids. Any advice to carry me through the next few days would be great! ????

    New sleevers how are you doing

    Hi! I was sleeved on 12/17 and have the hungry feeling too. I was worried that something was wrong so I'm relieved to see your post. Christmas was super hard with the family eating all the goodies and yummy foods. I found that sipping on my Protein shakes help when I feel hungry but I am no where near getting all my Water in. ???? Have you found anything to help you? I was thinking about doing some Nutribullet shakes but wasn't sure if I could add in the fruits and veggies yet...
