Today I learned I can no longer do breads. I had my 3rd fill last week and up till then I could handle them. Oh well it's for the best I guess. I am down 20 lbs since I had my surgery Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Lol breast bone. ...was hurting on pain when typing talking to husband guess I typed w h at he said. Yes under rib near breast. I laid on heat pad last night for some relief. Been really watching n measures what eat to see if maybe it was something to do with maybe eating too much....but I don't think it is. Think Monday I will see dr it's becoming bothersome

I had my surgery 12/31/15 and since then I have noticed I get pains on my left side rib area n it comes around under breast bone. Anyone ever experienced this??

Second day in row I have experienced PB. I don't want to eat cause it. Just to liquids. .....Hoping I just didn't chew food well enough and that's the reason, cause before it happen it did fill like stuff was hung

12/31/15 had 1fill

Heat pad. It lasted about a week or so....walk as much as you can I did laps from my room to other end of house moving arms!! And pain pill at night to sleep. Lemon n honey in hot water to help burp n get gas moving out .

This gas pain is terrible. Gasex isn't working at all. I can't burp or fart (pardon me the nurse said do both) but I cant. I can't even use rest room. Dunno why never had that issue b4. Any advice

I have noticed I have major hiccups since surgery. I use to hardly ever get them lol

Had my first fill today. Little uncomfortable. I read somewhere online they numb ya....that didn't happen. Think it was just knowing the fact a needles in my gut lol. But it went well and was quick!

So annoyed. I have gained 2 lbs back of the 14 I lost. I stay hungry. I think I get my first fill the 19th at next visit. Is it normal?? Should I worry I had slip???

I had my surgery the 31st. I got the 19th for first fill. You are right still lots to learn. Learning to cook healthier and eat smaller meals.

I wish there was pre packaged meals for lap banders. The perfect amount of food. I waste so much lol. N can never find recipes lol

I had my surgery this morning. Little sore right now. Shoulder pain ( thinks that's what's bugging me most ). Looking forward to healing n see what happens! !

She called to check up on me. I explained the shoulder chest n neck pain. She said it's normal. To walk more just like yall have advised. She also explained ( which was not explained at visit or surgery ) I don't need to be trying to drink 3 or 4 8oz shakes. That it's just sitting there causing the chest pain. So she told me sip slow. N only do maybe 2 oz of a shake. I walked to the mailbox today which is a good walk from house n back. I plan on doing that several times today and have slowed down my drinking Well see how that goes

I had my first visit since the surgery. Thinks are healing great I go back in 2 weeks. And I have lost 14 lbs total!! I also started mushy foods today. I don't think soft scrambled eggs ever tasted so good. I handled it pretty good! I was surprised.

Just had 1st check up since surgery on the 31st of Dec. And I am down 14 lbs!! So excited

I dread my first fill. Does it hurt? How long till I get that?

I know I have asked alot about gas n left shoulder pain. Well I just experienced a stiff heavy sensation in both shoulders. Anyone dealt with this? Does it pass? Is it normal?

I was banded 12/31/15. And have the worst shoulder pain. I thought my gas pains were leaving but seem to be back. It hurts so bad really starting to regret it. I dunno if what I am doing wrong...

I got a little relief going now thank you Jesus!!! I was about in tears. ..my husband was bout to take me to er. I would rather give birth again drug free I think lol
