My surgery was yesterday morning.

I have a question. This morning I started my shakes. I am to have 2 or 3 shakes a day. What do you all do if u fill hungry even with a shake??? Just fight it?

Thank you. I am excited to ring in the new year. So far so good on recovery. Been resting , walking, just relaxing n trying to get rid of shoulder pain. Lol

Had my surgery today. Now home resting. A little sore but other then that feel ok

I feel pretty good other then a bit of shoulder pain. My nurse said that will pass just keep burping.....my granny is having a fit in her grave lol. It's hard to burp been doing gasex. Not really doing much. But other then that I feel pretty good. I was first one done this morning. I went back they got me ready to go n I was out like a light. Got in recovery once I was awake enough I started walking. N came came home.

Tomorrow I get my band. Since starting my shakes I am down 6 lbs this morning at my preop visit. Super excited

Anyone said they were going to get lap band then think they want sleeve?? I keep reading about lap band....anything I can find. I keep reading stuff like u think didn't work etc....I am set for the 31st for LB surgery now I think I want sleeve! Am I just being a worry wart?

Hi! I am set to have my surgery the 31st. I start my shakes tomorrow. So excited n scared all at the same time!
