    Purée Diet Recipes

    I like refried beans from Taco Bell or KFC mashed potatoes ( I don't eat these often as they have no protein .also cook a chicken breast put it in a food processor and add 2 tbsp of light helmons and 2 tsp onion powder 1 tsp celery powder and some chicken broth . Grind it up good. It tastes wonderful. Home made chicken salad
  2. I buy the mango/ peach light packets at Kroger ( Kroger brand) and add it to my water. It's very tasty. That helps me. And it doesn't have to be all water. Any other liquid count towards your 64 oz per day. Hope this helped
