Misunderstanding, I do not crush my Effexor. I crush the 4 pills I take, and then empty the capsules on top the pills. Effexor xr is in capsule form and I take one that is 150 and one that is 75. Thanks for the correction, my bad. Sent from my Lenovo TAB 2 A8-50F using the BariatricPal App

I take a bunch of pills, including Effexor xr. First, I smash all 4 pills in the pill crusher and then I empty the capsules in on top of the pill was. Then, I add Water and stir it a round with a popsicle stick. Finally, I put the little pill crusher container to my lips, and toss the contents of the container and my head back at the same time. Thus, causing the evil tasting brew to skip OVER the vast majority of the taste buds on my tongue!!! However, this method did take some practice.
