I have been experiencing pain right at and below the main incision point on my left stomach area .. I saw my surgeon and she said its normal and can take 6 weeks to heal.. That is where the biggest suture was and where they removed your excess stomach.. I was actually feeling great but strained it a week ago twisting in bed to open a window ... I am almost three weeks post op I have been working on using all other body parts and muscles when getting up and bending over and not putting any strain on that area .. Tylenol is helping I don't want to go back on my codeine as it makes me sick ..
