I had surgery on February 4th! I feel much better than I anticipated. Walking definitely helps with the gas and also helps with your overall recovery. I also am making it a priority to get my protein in and my fluid intake! Good luck! I hope you have a great first week!

My surgery is 2/4/16. I'm excited and nervous at the same time! Reading the various posts gives me reassurance that I can do this!
