I had mine done 12 3 and i can eat all meats and fish like tuna and salmon scallops Hamburg steak chicken but only a little bit you get full real fast -

Its been 2 days since I was weighed in and I'm still maintaining my weight and I'm on week five I've lost 40 pounds since December 3rd -

hi ellen! Congrats on your progress No i havent time just doesnt allow me to attend because of work yes i do want to discuss nutrition and excersice too!!
