Hello my name is Maria, I'm having RYN gastric bypass on 12/31/15. This is a great website full of great information and encouragement! I'm currently taking protein shakes/protein bars(bariactric choice) and a light progresso soup for dinner. I'm over the missing eating some real food for now and feeling good about how I'm handling it all but I'm just ready to get it over with and begin this new chapter in my life! Thanks Noval, For all the advice it was very straightforward and most helpful. I'm having the RNY GB on 12/31. I'm excited and somewhat nervous at the same time. I'm on a restricted Protein diet until night before surgery! Just trying to stay focus and not turn into a "grouch"!! Lord help me!!!
