    I'm 4 weeks post up and I've been having mixed feelings, mostly regret as I've been admitted twice last week for dehydration. I'm finding it impossible to get anything down, not even water as I'm nauseous 99% of the time. Did any of you go through this during the 3rd-4th week? Does it get better?

    I felt the same way, I had a list of foods on my to eat list before the pre-op diet, weirdly I had zero appetite and didn't end up having most of what was on my list. It's funny how it happens but it was then that I knew I was very committed to going ahead with the surgery.

    Hello Sleevers I had my surgery on the 15th of December and have been on a liquid diet for the past 2 weeks. Tomorrow is the first day of my purée stage and I'm super nervous about what to eat and how my new stomach will take it, any recommendations for my first meal?

    I'm 5 days post-op and still in a lot of pain. I cannot bend or sit in an upright position, I tried going grocery shopping yesterday and even sitting in the back-seat was painful. Hang in there, my doctor said it will last for a week to 10 days max.

    How soon can I have my multivitamins after surgery? I'm 5 days post-op and really feel the need to take my multivitamins as I feel pretty weak. I bought these chewable ones which I tried before surgery and they're very easy to chew and take down. My doctor said I should wait until 2 weeks but I think I can handle it?

    I got my surgery on the 15th and I'm scheduled to return to work on the 23rd (desk-job) but I don't think I'll be able to, yet. I wish I took 10-14 days off.

    I got sleeved on the 15th, 5 days post-op and it seems to be getting better, except for the gas.

    I had my sleeve on the 15th, the gas pain is the worst part and it still continues to be but on a much smaller scale. Walking helps a lot though! Walk as much as you can.
