for me walking did the trick, if possible outside ...breathe fresh air....feels great!

i had my surgery more than 2 years ago...that used to happen to me a lot at the begining ....its probably what you are eating, try different foods until you find something that does not make you feel that way...after a while that discomfort will go away...just keep chewing your food a lot and eat small bites....hope i this information helps you.

2 years since my surgery and i always get a little worried on the holidays....have to remind myself to slow down and eat healthy....i decided to eat healthy this week so that i can eat whatever a crave on christmas dinner...i´ll ley you know how i did later

I think you have to feel safe and trust the people that are going to be taking care of you and guiding you through this wonderful life changing experience...i was verrrryyyyy lucky...I had wonderful doctors and nurses and staff in general..

I had my surgery 2 years ago and have never suffered hunger....i am able to eat everything but in smaaaalllleeerrrr portions, but thats ok....very satisfied...i always have a protein bar in my purse just in case, and eat small bites of it until i have time to eat my lunch or dinner.

my starting weight was 300 pounds. i had lots of problems walking...always in pain. i wish I had done this sooner. i have lost 128 pouns and feel wonderful. My experience with mexicali bariatric center was the best...excellent doctor care....excellent hospital care and very friendly service...worth every penny!!
