Hello my name is Rachel I am new to this form I had my surgery on November 30 so I'm 3 1/2 weeks I'm having a difficult time with my protein I bought a protein powder and I'm trying to mix it with a smoothie but it still just taste disgusting does anyone have any suggestions on a good smoothie or maybe a different protein. I'm a very picky eater and I hate milk so I'm trying to get away from the milk-based protein drinks that's why I thought a smoothie would be the best I used to drink green smoothies and loved them. I'm also having a difficult time with the type of food that I can eat I just don't know what is the best thing to eat. Please help.
