    Approved today!

Wish you lick. It is very exciting. I had my last week on the 10th. Finished my 12 classes, two weeks later met with surgeon, he had A cancellation for the next week, so I didn't have time to get scared or nervous.

To Tell or Not to Tell?!?

I am so happy to see this topic. I too, only told a few that I was having surgery. I don't feel everyone needs to know. I mostly do not want to here any negative comments. I think it is going to be very difficult not telling the truth on how I lost weight so quickly. I don't like people talking behind my back. I did it mainly for health reasons, but of course for looks too. My husband feels I should tell them that my doctor recommended it for many different health reasons and leave it at that. I had the sleeve done on 12/10 so I am a newbie.. Struggling on to tell or not to tell...

    Today!

I was told to take probiotics to help with the gas
  8. I had my surgery on the 10th too. How are you feeling?
  9. I was sleeved on 12/10 too. I also had hiatal hernia surgery that I didn't know I had. My doctor used glue for the incisions and I was able to shower by day 3. I am finding it very difficult to get both the 60g of protein and 64 ounces of water down per day. These gas pains are tough to get through but I just can't wait for another day to see if it gets better. Try to take one day at a time. Today is day five and I was able to have some cream of wheat for breakfast and some cream soup for lunch. It tasted really good but I am not been hungry at all for this whole process. I attended a 12 week course prior to the surgery and started losing weight. I believe I had shrunk my stomach prior to the surgery which really helped with and cravings
