My first week I was on about 400-600 cal the second week I didn't want to go over 1000 but my doctor told me to stay at 1300. I looked it up on the internet and it said for lapband surgery to stay at 800-1300. I am not sure. I am just trying to stay under 1300. The calories add up so fast that I have been counting every one.
