Hee hee!! I don't dislike Kellie but I don't think she was talented enough to be in the top 12. Anyway, I had a feeling she would be going soon. Her popularity could only last so long. American had to get a grip!! LOL @ her talking until the show ended. I was saying "Woo hoo, they cut the show off before she could sing!!"

Day 1 of the challenge and I've already screwed up and had sugar (a cookie)! Oh well, such is life. :faint: All is not lost though, I did exercise for 30 minutes!! That's a feat, in and of itself for me. I'm not the best when it comes to exercising. Now, I just have to drink another 32 oz. of water before the day is through. I'm chugging along....sort of! :biggrin1:

P'Nut - I'm so amped up about reaching that goal. Of course, these past few weeks have been rough - only losing 1 pound. Anyway, I did get my pedicure yesterday in advance of reaching my goal. I've also decided to keep the digital camera in the bathroom for that wonderful moment. Ugh...I hit 200 the other day but didn't have the camera in there. Of course, I got the camera, stepped back on the scale, and it read 201 again!! ARGH!!! Good luck on the next challenge, everyone. Will there be another thread? I can't remember!! For me, getting the tests were more for peace of mind than anything else. I tried the Glucophage to see if it would me lose weight and reduce the excessive hair growth on my upper arms and abdomen. It didn't do anything for me in those areas but it has helped other people with PCOS. I did notice that it helped a bit with my cravings for sweets. In any event, it's definitely a personal decision and I only suggest that one get tested if they're unsure or just need peace of mind like myself. I also think that people should have the right information regarding the syndrome. But, I don't think you necessarily have to treat it. As far as a natural or herbal remedy, I don't know of one. Personally, losing weight has helped with some of my symptoms. I wish everyone the best of luck.
