Sounds like a great home gym. We currently have a cheaper knock-off version of the Bowflex called the CrossBow, a recumbant bike, exercise ball, free weights, resistance bands, various work out videos/dvd's, and a mini-trampoline.

As far as the images are concerned, I just click on the Insert Image icon and put in the URL address of the picture and voila! it loads. And yes, I did have some of those Fritos Scoops - about 5 or 6 of them. :biggrin1: Paula & Mary - great pics, btw!

Please let Trish know that I am thinking of her and wishing her a speedy recovery.

Tricia K. replied to ginger's topic in LAP-BAND Surgery Forums
I had internal (catgut) stitches with steri-strips covering the incision sites. At my 1 week post-op visit, the Nurse Practitioner took the steri-strips off. -

Everyone looks great!! Keep up the good work. Ok, now for my 11 month post-op photos. Pardon the poor picture quality but I can't find my digicam and had to use the cell phone camera. My starting weight was 274 pounds and I'm 182 pounds in these pictures.
