Due to unforeseen circumstances, we will not be traveling to Florida this coming week. I'm very sad that I won't be able to meet Telly and others. I hope that at some point we will be able to meet.

That would be cool! Everything is ok but this house thing is taking up soooo much of our time. Long story...ugh! Unfortunately, we had to postpone the trip for a while.

Heather - I started jogging in spurts and now am up to a mile of jogging. I wouldn't necessarily time myself but would stop when I felt like my heart was going to explode from my chest...LOL...not really that bad. I would then walk until my heart rate slowed, but not to a complete rest, and would start jogging again. I thought it would take more time to get to the point of jogging 1 mile, but I surprised myself. As far as weight training is concerned, I don't go full out but rather use lighter weights and lots of reps. I also use my body weight as resistance. Remember, everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. We should also not compare ourselves to others as we will most likely be let down. You're all beautiful and special in your own way. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

Which side is your port?

I didn't have a choice but my port is on the left side, under my ribcage. It doesn't give me any problems but I'm well aware that it's there. I imagine once I've lost more weight, it may protrude some. If it does, I'll deal with it at that time. -
