Yay!! Amy is back!! I am so happy to hear that you are home. Too bad about the trash smell though!! Icky. Plans for today: 250 crunches 500 leg lifts 200 toe/calf raises 150 bicep curls w/ 4lb. weight 150 tricep curls w/ 4lb. weight 100 lateral raises w/ 2lb. weight 60 squats 30 lunges I didn't do any of this...ugh!

Fun is one thing...but crudeness and specific talk about someone's pants getting smaller because of something else getting bigger, etc. is over the top. I'm far from being a prude but some things just shouldn't be posted. The FUPA discussion was fun/silly and was nothing like some of the recent posts.

I've just returned from getting my 8th fill and I've never felt any burning sensation. Also, my surgeon recommends liquids for the remainder of the day, mushes the next day and then back to solid foods.

Telly - I still stand by what I told you yesterday. I think you should get a fill. :hug: Yes, you do eat a bit more when you're working out but you shouldn't be hungry every 1-2 hours and be able to eat a lot at one sitting.

C 191 (- 83 total, - 0 this week) I also stayed the same and am in need of a fill. I'm going this afternoon. Hopefully it will jump start my weight loss again because I've been teetering between 191 and 194 for a month now. Plus, I'm eating like crazy....every hour or so.
