I lost 80 gain back 5 I've stopped loosing weight also. I hope we can encourage each other I'm an emotional eater too. The only reason I think that I haven't gained more is I also work out a lot.

Thank you for your testimony. I was scale obsessed also my weight jumps between 183 to 186. My surgery date was sept. 17, 2015 starting weight 257 I'm now at 183. Thank you for the encouragement -
