  1. THANKS FOR THIS INFO!!! I was wondering like darn, couldn't it be reduced in amt with higher protein? I will def chk this out. I'd succumbed to sprinkling some on everything I eat bcuz I'm so tired of liquids & shakes. Thanks again. does this have any taste or smell? I too can not tolerate Protein Shakes a week out. I tried Isopure unflavored whey protein, it smelt and tasted like rotten cheese! This has been the only point were I nearly threw up. My family swears it smells and taste like nothing. I'm having trouble getting my full protein goal and looking for alternatives
  2. Curious question for the community. I just completed my first week post op of getting sleeved. I was wondering what the general weight lose for this period is? I've lost 24lbs in this first week and want to know if that's normal or something I should relay to my doctor

    Any December Sleever's?

@ To be totally honest, the first week is a roller coaster. The first day or two your just feeling out of it from the anesthesia and pain meds. Once you get home you rest much easier. Pain all depends on you I hear a lot of times it didn't hurt at all for people. Me being a 30 year of guy I was expecting it to be painless HA! I was wrong though it wasn't sharp pain it was a general sense of soreness at the incision areas. I'm a week out and barely was able to sleep a night laying in bed. Walking around isn't a problem at all not even day of surgery, your biggest friend will be your abdominal binder keeps the area nice and tight so you can move around.
