I used to feel warm but after vsg im feeling cold alot. I noticed it can rarely get too hot for me, the only way i know my room is really hot is that when i feel like i can not breath well.

would be good to speak with a doctor.drink lots of fluids, walk as often as you can but dont pressure yourself and stop if you have pain. try to breath deeply. I think it is possible that while in Mexico my husband got sick the same day as my surgery and I was running on adrenaline. I honestly haven't craved anything. I am not hungry at all. Apple juice is the only thing I want. Crazy. I am having a hard time getting my calories because of this. I am trying with broth and Protein drinks and I like them but don't love them.
