  1. so much for hoping weightloss would make my blood draws easier (I've always had a hard time getting blood work drawn, iv's started etc). Had my usual phlebotomist this morning and she said my veins are the worst they've ever been. couldn't even finish the blood draw - didn't even get half the vials she needed. So back to the lab tomorrow morning. ugh

See if you can get a referral to have your blood drown by the anesthia dept. folks. They are wizards at it!!!! Really.. Please try my suggestion. I hate to see you tortured. Also Have I told you that I LOVE your new DO???? Short and Sassy, Girlfriend!

so back at the lab this morning. another 4 sticks but managed to get the remaining 5 vials of blood...ugh. at least I have another 3 months before going through that again. and yep - pediatric needles/butterfly. my blood just slowly drips and then stops flowing and clots. they really need to figure out how to do these tests with less blood - 7 vials (2 large and 5 small) is an awful lot.

Glad it came out OK today. Yes, that's a lot of vials, and I dread those tests. Agree, I too wish less blood was needed for these tests!

My arm still has a giant black bruise from my Monday test :(
