I am 6 months post op and no where close to goal but I am down 85 pounds. I would really like to ride on a Harley this summer. I finally feel my a$$ would fit on the seat now. I just need to find someone to give me a ride.

I am going to Florida with my boyfriend in two weeks, with no kids. My treat to myself is that I rented a convertible. I can not wait to cruise Gulf Blvd.

I chickened out two weeks before my surgery. It just didn't feel right. Then a month later my mother passed away very suddenly. I am so glad I was not recovering from surgery and dealing with her death. I would not have handled it well. The Dr agreed with me that it was good I followed my gut instinct. Then 6 moths later I was finally ready and had my surgery on November 24. It went well and no complications. I couldn't be happier with how it is going. I know my mom is up there watching over me.

I got in my car this morning without my winter coat on, and the seat feels so big. I feel small now driving my car.

After a friend of mine guessed what I did based on what hospital I was in, said to me "I hope you had the therapy that told you that your gonna become a sex addict and alcoholic now". Where do ppl come up with this stuff. The next week he asked me if I was tired of throwing up yet. I proudly told him I haven't thrown up at all.
