Hello, Today is my day 15 post op. I have not lost any weight. I drink one iso pure and one Protein shake per day (70 g protein total, 260 calories total) but I have yet to see any weight loss. Is this normal? I saw on this forum many folks losing at least 20 lbs after their first month. .. it looks like I am not going to be anywhere near that. Please help. Thank you.
