  1. That dreaded moment you are told you need to come to the trauma center to meet your spouse. It has been a rough couple of days. Hubby broke his C2 vertebrate which is right up underneath your skull. We are so blessed that he is not paralized. We spent days on the nuerology floor at our local trauma center. I didn't grab my vitamens or protien drinks (only 4 weeks post op)....I ate mushy protiens at the hosptial and took lots of walks to help with the stress. I know my vitaman levels will be a mess later this week at the dr, but I am proud of my self for not turning to food in a time where no one could blame me for doing it. Total NSV!

      hubby broke his CT vertabrae, OMG - so sorry to hear that - hope things improve - you drinking well during this awful time, good for you-

      I am so sorry to hear about this; however, I am very happy to hear that he will not be paralyzed. I am definitely sending thoughts and prayers your way. And it is inspiring to see that you found a positive in this situation! Take care of that spouse of yours!
