Nervous about going to my one month post-op b/c the scale isn't moving! I am doing everything I am supposed to but has stayed the same since 1 week post-op. urgh!
then there's nothing to be concerned about. the scale often does not show a loss even if you are getting smaller. how are your clothes fitting? go based on that.
Clothes are fitting good...lots getting too big, and people are starting to finally notice. I've lost like 50 or so lbs since July, but only like 12ish since surgery date.
it's probably the legendary "three-week stall". It's very common. Mine last 2 weeks. Someone on another forum said hers lasted 3 weeks. Just stick to your plan and the weight will start falling off again.
