Interesting about watermelon. I had sleeve 12/30 - i had my entire colon removed in 2015 - watermelon is a huge no-no for colon "people" it reconstitues itself in you and is hard to pass. Inkie! I was sleeved 12/30 and am down 56lbs. 6 lbs to one-derland! I havent really told many people - but of course I get questioned about rapid weight loss and how I am making it work. I am very vague - I say knocking out all white foods etc. Some people deserve to know for support - others can stand back and scratch their head. I am a sleeved meemaw! The big 60 looms in June. I had surgery 12/30 and am down 55lbs. I have had a couple uncomfortable side effects - but I worked right thru them. I was afraid I was too old. I didn't really think this through. Of course looking for a quick way out, I thought I would wash the food out without getting any calories. Could be why I've done this up and down that thing for 50 years. I now will not drink Water during my meals, and will wait the suggested half hour afterwards!! thank you for your ideas.
