hey i just started on this walk about 5 months back and its been hard even more so since im a truck driver. i was just wondering if there are any other drivers out there that can help me out with ideas for food in the truck and some exercises that i can do inside my truck. i have a few that i do each day but not many. if you driveres are out the i would love to hear from you now come on.

thanks for getting back with me sassy i have a slow cooker and thats what i use most of the time and it works great. its just hard to find good recipes for it that are just the chicken or the pork with the veggies. and im looking for something with more to it if you get what im saying.
