hey every one my name is josh and im a big guy. i'm also a truck driver so i have gotten pretty big. the main reason i want to lose the weight if because i want to be ablo to run around and play with my 2 little kids one is 3 the other is 2 and i cant do that right now. also being as big as i am its just not good for my health as well. thats about it for me.
