Hey @@Marisa1972 , I feel your pain because I've had it exactly the same way you describe it. It started when I introduced more foods into my diet and when I spoke to my doctor he asked me if I have had feber and I haven't. I hope you're not having it neither. In my case it was because I was starting to eat too fast. I don't feel when I'm full and I started to eat too fast, so after that I've been reducing my portions and start to eat more consciously and always from a baby size plate. The pain disappeared after that but now it's replaced by GERD. I hope this works. Best, Ariana

Hey bettyboop I actually been able to eat vegetables since the mashed food season without a problem. They just need to be overcooked and prioritizing the protein as always; but I also miss a salad! Good luck!

This is a pretty popular site for Americans, Canadians, Australians, etc. but I wish to be connected to those who are getting sleeved in Europe. I live in Oslo Norway and I'm getting sleeved at Fertilitas hospital in Tallinn on January 18th 2016. I'm excited and scared! I basically did all the research like if I was from USA and getting sleeved in Tijuana. I hope I can find someone out there (I know you're reading this forum). I went to several meetings to Aleris in Oslo Norway, and I decided to go with them, but my general practitioner recommended me to look abroad (specifically Poland) but didn't like the locations as most of the clinics are in tiny towns and felt uncomfortable about not being close to a main hospital nor airport, plus I didn't have a direct flight to the place. So... Decided Bariatric Services in Tallinn! Will keep posting!
