  1. I was sleeved in October 26....and today...I truly hit onederland....and I cried with joy!!!
  2. Waaaaaaaa! Just felt like whining....I know it will pass...I'm sticking to the plan....but I'm pouting all the same...was sleeved on 10/26....down 56 pounds....lots of nsvs....but still felt cranky enough to whine. Thank you!

    I went shopping in the plus size section and everything was way way toooooo big!!!! I was utterly confused as I went to the "regular" section...no idea how to choose from all those options....but what a fun dilemma!!!!

    Heartburn!

    Sometimes I get the worst case of heartburn after I eat a new food...and since we can't drink for 30 mins after eating...any tricks to make it subside faster?

    I hope I can do this...I'm 68 days out and I'm looking to add 3 hours of exercise per week...my start weight for this challenge is 210 and my goal weight for this challenge is 185...let's help each other!!!
