I had a Lap Band in April 2009 and was successful for the first year.  In 2010 I had numerous changes to my fill because I either could not swallow food or was eating too much.  The area became inflamed and all fluid was removed .  My initial weight loss was 67 pounds and I have since gained all but 20 pounds back.  The band has now slipped and a removal is scheduled for Monday, December 7, 2015.  

My next step will be the sleeve after  6 to 7 weeks of healing.
