My surgery is the 30th. Pre-op diet going fine. Down 11 lbs, but know I think my liver is detoxing well, as my stomach is upset/sore. Trying to stay healthy as those around me are getting sick. Hope you all have a great holiday.

Good luck. I hope you're doing well. I started my 2 week pre-op diet on the 15th. The headache is the worst thing in the world.

December 30th is my date! I cannot think of a better way to bring in the New Year! A start to a new and healthier me! I start my two week pre-op diet on Wednesday. I am a little worried about Christmas, but I can do this! I am very luck to have a supportive husband and family...almost too supportive. I feel that my mother-in-law is making too much of a fuss over dinner. I told her I need to learn how to deal with family dinners that are not catered towards my diet. I love her for that though. Any others on Dec. 30?

So happy for you. I know exactly how you feel. I received my phone call a week and a half ago, and I had that same reaction. I start my pre-op diet on Wednesday, surgery on 12/30. I wish you the best of luck!
