Ok since we are all being so honest...... A lot has to do with the man wanting to please you,him being patient and listening to your wants. I am getting nervous. Eating everything not nailed down. Monday I start on FULL liquids, all I can think of is "liquids in..liquids out". So, I know what I will be doing all day Monday and Tuesday !

I am reading "Mindless Eating" by Brain Wansink. Recommended by my Lapband Doc's psychologist. Also, maybe try to get in something that is a protein to kind of fill you up instead of junk. I am a night eater too. I dont do too bad during the day but after about 8-9p I raid the pantry. That will have to stop I am scheduled for surgery 8-8.

We are about the same age. Where abouts do you live? I am in Leavenworth, KS. Have you had your surgery yet? I have mine scheduled for Aug 8. I just went for the pre op education class yesterday. It's finally going to happen for me. I am excited and getting nervous.
