SO ANGRY I COULD SPIT FIRE!

Change doctors ASAP!!! I know he is very experienced and we all want that, but he is not the only one around. Yes it may be difficult and a pain in the a$$, but I would never trust my care to a doctor whose office is run like a frog in a blender. This is a big surgery, but by no means is it neurosurgery. There are many well qualified docs out there. And yes, I have 40 years in as a medical professional. I feel the office is an extension of the physician. This is just my opinion however. Wish you the best!!!

    Any December Sleever's?

Not for my surgery. However, depending on the length of surgery, an in and out bladder drainage is usually done. Meaning your bladder is emptied at the end of the case, and you have no indwelling catheter.
  3. I have a cardiac history, 2 stents, placed over 2 years ago. I needed cardiology clearance and that was all. In fact she told me she thought I was a great candidate for WLS. And I am old, 59, so I am sure they took that into account. However surgery went well, no problems. Maybe your docs are very cautious.
  4. I went to a lecture, then scheduled first appt with PA. That was end of August. My sleeve is this Tuesday.

    Pre op diet diet tomorrow

Drink water too. That helped me. And think of summer when you will be in smaller shorts and rocking a bathing suit!!
  6. The 15th for me!! Best wishes to all!!
  7. Close, mine is Tuesday, the 15th. Best of luck to you!!
  8. I've been doing a little research regarding vitamins. I am looking for the best tasting chewable multivitamins on the market. I stumbled across patchmd vitamins. These are multivitamins in a transdermal patch. No swallowing pills, no carbs, constant release of the active ingredients. I am wondering if anyone has tried these, or another brand, and what do you think about them? Thanks.
