I've seen Jody twice before. He really helped me set up a good program. I love the elliptical and spend most of my time on it. I work out 1 hour 3 times a week. I do 30 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes of strength training.
I had most of my weight loss in the first month. I had my first fill (3cc)at 4 weeks and felt NO restriction at all afterwards. My second fill was 2 weeks later (5cc) and was much better. My weight loss started again after my 2nd fill. I went 3 weeks later for my third fill. I was still losing weight, but felt like I was eating too many snacks to stay full. Rena put just 1cc in this time for a total of 6, and I think I'm at my sweet spot for now. I can eat my 3 meals and not need a snack in between to stay full.
I weighed myself this morning (I only weigh twice a week) and was at 279. That's 36 pounds gone in 9 weeks!!!!
