90 degrees is way too hot for me too, I'm acclimated to the Pacific Northwest (rain, rain, and rain). Which Doctor did you use? I'm getting that mix between excitement and anxiety. Just 9 more days til I head down.

I'm going to Tijuana. Thank you for the information, I've travelled to India and it was the same there. I just want to make sure I know the deal before going down. I'm staying at the Condos through the facility, but I'm sure I'll need to have tipping money there.

Just learning about the Mexico option...

I have just scheduled my Skype session with Dr. A! I have already met with a doctor here in the states. Total costs 19K as my insurance won't cover. Any advice on important questions? Also, I saw a YouTube video which mentioned the doctor they used wasn't very sterile between surgeries. My biggest concern is infection. Has anyone had any issues with this facility and cleanliness? -
