My daughter and I are going to have the gastric sleeve in March. And we are concerned with loosing too much weight, how do you stay at your goal once you reach it without loosing more weight. Also is there anything that we can do prior to surgery to help with hair loss, and saggy skin on face as I am older and that is one of my big concerns. Thank you
